Whitworth University Presents Presidential Historian and Pulitzer Prize-Winning Author Jon Meacham

Whitworth University, in partnership with The Spokesman-Review’s Northwest Passages, presents Pulitzer Prize-winning presidential historian Jon Meacham at the President’s Leadership Forum on Oct. 14 at 7 p.m. at The Fox. A bestselling author and one of America’s most compelling public voices, Meacham brings history into sharp focus for today, exploring democracy, leadership, and the nation’s defining ideals. Meacham’s presentation will focus on his new book, American Struggle: Democracy, Dissent, and the Pursuit of a More Perfect Union: An Anthology followed by a conversation with President Scott McQuilkin.
