In collaboration with the Spokane Symphony, YMCA and Spokane Public Library, Lullaby Project is a program of Carnegie Hall and the Weill Music Institute. Lullaby Project partners new and expecting parents and caregivers with professional artists to write and sing a personal lullaby for their babies supporting maternal health, aiding childhood development, and strengthening the bond between parent and child.
